There was problem with the delivery but Robert was quick to fix it and make everything right.

The Professor clearly knows his stuff and completed a somewhat difficult custom Form with built in Spreadsheet Formulas that took some manipulating and he did it with absolutely no issues whatsoever. His communication was not overly aggressive like 80% of the Sellers on here.
