I will design you a database according to your needs . Make a Database in Relational Database Format or NoSQL format .
Will make custom UI for the easy access of the Database , UI can be made in the form of Web Application using HTML/CSS/Bootstrap or using Tinkter in Python.
I will also covert your previous Excel Data and add them in the Database to maintain the consistency of the records.
